Dear Parent/Carer
As you are aware the previous process for issuing bus passes has changed and the Midpoint Centre has claimed Swift card for eligible students. The Swift cards need to be updated regularly, Midpoint is making the best effort to do this on your behalf.
You are able to view and update the Swift card by download the Swift Collector App to your phone and hold the swift card against the back of the phone.
If students lose their pass, replacement Swift cards are available for £5.00 by calling 0121 254 7272 option 1
If your child changes address or school, you should inform Home to School Travel Customer Services Team immediately and your child’s eligibility for a bus pass will be reviewed.
